concerns good inside league outside player threat
What concerns me is that they have a lot of weapons. They take the most 3-pointers in the league and they have a 3-point threat kind of team, but they also have a very, very good inside player in A.J. Jackson, probably as good as any inside player in the league. So they can take you outside and they can take you inside.
collection players stars work
We have a collection of players who just work hard. There are no stars on this team.
central player shake shook
A Central Connecticut player would not have done that. I did not shake his hand. I shook everyone else's.
coming defended few free limited players points quite rebounds
They got quite a few points in limited attempts, they made free throws, they got rebounds and they defended pretty well. That?s what you would like them to do as players coming off the bench.
complete define game offensive players shooter
Some players you can define as a shooter and some you can define as a driver. ... He has a pretty complete offensive game at this point.
ball beat body chance easy guarded high land maybe movement percentage players reason seem shoot stand strength whatever
For whatever reason we don?t seem to shoot a very high percentage from 3-point land (against Monmouth) which has been our strength this year. Maybe it?s a little more patience, maybe it?s a little more movement of the players. If we don?t move and we don?t try and penetrate then we stand still and it?s very easy for our players to be guarded ..We need some body movement and some ball movement to have a chance to beat them on Sunday.
bad good great minutes played respond road
We got slapped around at Monmouth. We've played some great minutes and some bad minutes this season. I really don't know how good we are. We'll see on the road how we respond from the Monmouth experience.
five shoot starters unique
They are a good-shooting team. They have an inside-outside game. They have five starters who can shoot the three, and that's kind of unique when you think about it. They have five 3-point threats.
believe game heart possibly prepared sacred start talk tremendous until
Every game is a must game. That?s how we look at it. It would be tremendous (to start 3-0), but we don?t look at it as a two-game set. We won?t talk about Sacred Heart until we get back from LIU. We need to be as prepared as we possibly can be because I believe it?s more challenging on the road.
gets good inside outside score shoot tremendous variety
A tremendous inside player. When he gets the ball, he can score in a variety of ways. He can take you outside and shoot a 3. He can face-up on the block. Then he's good around the hole. He's a very good player.
defensive dug good morris ourselves played robert score
We dug ourselves too big a hole. We weren't able to score and played sloppy. Robert Morris is a very good defensive team.
credit defense inside sharp took
We couldn't score, and you have to credit Monmouth for a lot of that. They took away our inside game, and our defense wasn't sharp at all.
ball designed fade hands jackson left people plays runs team written
Mark's designed his team to get the ball in the right hands of the right people at the right places. He runs a lot of things for A.J. Jackson on the left block. They run a lot of fade screens. I have their plays written down.
averaged justin last named points
Justin averaged 21.5 points and was 11 of 19 on threes and didn't get named last week.
