We had a buzzer that went out. We had a mechanical breakdown. The alarm system is tested every day. We don't know why it failed but it did.

Everything has been put into place for the safety of the resident. We made sure the situation has been taken care of.

We have an opportunity to argue the case. You can have this reviewed and we choose to have that done. I haven't had a fine before. This is a first.

I did notify the state and they came to inspect the facility to make sure everything was in place, and that we had fixed the problem.

I'm going to upgrade it a bit more. All I want to do is take care of my residents and make sure they are safe. I'll do what I have to do to make sure they are safe.
