We've learned a lot during the years. The weather this time of year is always unpredictable. One weekend will be real pretty and then festival weekend it can rain and turnout will be down. Overall we have been lucky with the weather. People have really supported us.

Obviously, it would be an unbelievable week for him. That would be icing on the cake. He deserves it. He's one of the best offensive linemen ever to play the game.

Since we've made the changes, the offense hasn't looked bad, ... We should be able to do it even better this week having another week to get everything set.

We've decided to re-schedule the game sometime during the week before Thanksgiving. Neither one of us plays on that weekend, so we're looking at either the Thursday (Nov. 17) or Friday (Nov. 18) before. We'll make that decision later but, right now, the game is tentatively set for one of those days.

I just don't think we were ready for Fayetteville. We celebrated our win over Little Rock Central last week a little too long. We came out and didn't protect, didn't throw the ball well and didn't run routes well. Nothing went right and it was mistake after mistake.

When all factors were weighed, it was collectively decided that playing next year's game versus Miami on Labor Day night was in the best interest of all parties concerned. Miami never had the opportunity to host the game on that day and the viewership and exposure for the ACC and both universities from our game 10 days ago was exceptional.
