crucial good great guy quick tried whether
I tried to get it to (Chambers) quick and (Carpenter) made a great play. It's a crucial situation, and whether you see the guy or not, you have to make a good throw.
agree bring smart somebody totally wise
I totally agree with them. You need to bring in somebody for the future. What they are doing is smart and wise and what you should be doing, but I still feel I can play this game.
jets played
It's all new to me having never played the Jets in the same conference,
trying
They've been trying to find that right guy,
hard work
Work as hard as I can to be the No. 1 and don't look back. I don't have anything to lose. I'm just going to go out and play and have fun.
bad opened weird woke
I just kind of woke up and opened my eyes. I didn't know if it was that bad. It was bad enough. It's the first one I ever had, so it was just kind of a weird feeling.
against chance chiefs coming errors fast game guess hand key mentally playing team top
I guess we have to play at home. I'm kidding. We can't make mistakes. We have to be better mentally and not make those unforced errors and give the other team a chance to be on top of us. A big key in this game against the Chiefs is coming out, playing fast and really getting a hand up on them.

change curve guys keeping last learning offense step time took
If you change your offense, it's a whole other learning curve you have to go through. The guys took so long to learn the offense last time that by keeping the same thing we're a step ahead. I don't want us to take another step backward.
phone
The phone . . . probably the kids. They're always doing that.
drive good points ugly
When you have third-and-10, third-and-15, and third-and-20, you have some difficulties. It was an ugly kind of game. We had a good drive and didn't get any points and then we were kind of stalemated for a while. We had some opportunities and didn't make the plays.
enjoying fun great letting played process
We played a great game. I was just letting it come to me and having some fun going out on each play and enjoying the process of the game.
attack miss shots strike throw wind zone
We still had to attack that and then when they give us that coverage, we have to take our shots and throw it. It's just like pitching. When you throw a fastball, you are going to miss the strike zone every once in a while. You have to wind up and throw it again.
answered great
We answered the call, ... . . . We did a great job.
