These seniors have done more for me than I could ever hope to do for them. We have a good baseball program here, and it's because of these kids. I hate that it had to end this way for them, but they've definitely left their mark.

To be honest I can understand the position of the ball club.

That was a real positive for us. We turned that double play, and then we came to bat and scored six runs. It was the turning point of the game.

I wasn't really thinking about it, but the kids reminded me as soon as it was over. They deserve all the credit. It's definitely nothing I've done. It's just a number. I'm sure it will mean more later on, but right now I'm concerned with getting us where we need to be as a team.

We haven't really decided where he fits into things. He's a guy we could use as a starter in that piggy-back role, but we also feel he can help us out of the bullpen. He's got two plus pitches, the fastball and the slider, but we haven't defined his role yet.

Many new teachers haven't worked with kids before. When they hit the classroom all on their own, they feel very alone.

What we are naming is 23 solid commitments. We've committed them, they've committed to us, all the paperwork is in place, there's no physical issues and concerns on the part of the clubs.
