For us to travel five hours, get off the bus and play a well-coached team that shot the ball well, we overcame a lot of adverse conditions up there. Our guys, they showed a lot of heart and we stuck to our game plan.

I thought the refs were pretty consistent, so we're fine with that. There's certainly, I think, too much contact for a high school basketball game and I think that needs to be addressed because if you're not as strong physically, then you get leveraged under the basket or out of bounds. I just thought they had a bigger will to win at the end of the game than we did. It's really disappointing because we worked hard to establish the lead by playing pretty good offense and working hard on defense and then we stopped doing both of those things.

I'm really proud of our kids and their defensive effort. We held them to seven in the fourth quarter and we had about five defensive stops in a row in the fourth that turned the game for us.
