trouble
Honestly, I have had more trouble with blackheads.
guys maturing reasons talking
He's the one who does our talking at the back and he's maturing all the time. Guys like Stephen are one of the reasons you become a coach.
loved player problem spoke work
I don't think there will be too much of a problem getting a work permit. I spoke to the player and he loved it here and we will try to make an arrangement to keep it ongoing.
asked seen tony
I asked Tony if he'd seen anything and he said he hadn't either,
conducive games moment next number squad
I don't think the squad we have at the moment is conducive to the number of games we'll play next season.
ability average best brings players price scotland signing willing
He's one of the best young players in Scotland and the price wasn't extortionate. He has ability and he's willing to learn. This signing also brings down the average age of the team.
applies clubs comment involved particular players wayne
I can't comment on players who are involved with their particular clubs in the future, and the same applies to Wayne Bridge.
door guys includes knocking
All these guys are now knocking on the door - and that includes Du Wei.
goals lost manner
The manner in which we lost the goals is a concern,
football people training
The reason I became a manager was to have full control over training. If you are a coach, you are bound by what the manager wants you to coach. The other reason is that I just like the company of football people.
player thinking guy
I like to be able to control which players I'm working with. Because it doesn't matter how good a coach you are if the guys you're working with think they already know it all. You need a response, you need to feel they're trying. I want players who are always striving to improve.
thinking media people
I think what I've actually achieved as a manager does sometimes get a bit overlooked, because all people think about is the media side of things. They tend to forget I've not done so bad.
jobs imagination enthusiasm
I'm a better coach now than when I joined Celtic. The longer you stay in any job, the better you become. If you lose your drive, your enthusiasm, your imagination, that experience is no good.
integrity years sticks
I've had to take a lot of stick down the years but the one thing that really got to me was when someone questioned my integrity. It's the one thing that really grates with you.
