To me, nothing feels more like being dead than being in your 20s and having no direction in your life.
It just felt like we were the kids in the back of the class wearing black that nobody wanted to hang out with...I looked in the mirror and was like, 'You're still uncool.' I think normally people think that they're afraid to die but I actually think people are more afraid to live. People are more afraid to make the choices that they want because they're very hard decisions to make in order to be happy. I think a lot of people are really afraid of that. It's easy to be in a band because you have a lot of things to hide behind so that's really not always living...that doesn't always constitute as living life the way you want. But at times you have to make decisions that sometimes hurt others in order to live.
Sometimes you have to kind of die inside in order to rise from your own ashes and believe in yourself and love yourself to become a new person.
Being happy doesn't mean that everything is perfect. It means that you've decided to look beyond the imperfections.

We could easily put out another video -- we've talked about a whole bunch of possible songs to make videos for -- but we want to focus on doing some touring, and making a new record as soon as possible, ... So maybe we don't need to make another video. But I've always wanted to do a video for 'You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison,' so, really, who knows?
