address apparent bargain believe given health issues matter meaningful mental obviously option short table
Obviously a plea bargain isnt an option, as long as there's nothing on the table to address the mental health issues that are so apparent with Andrea, ... I think both sides can use extra time. This case is extremely important, obviously to Andrea Yates. There are also issues of mental health and the criminal justice system that take center stage and we want, certainly, to be as well-prepared and as effective as possible in presenting these issues to the jury in defense of our client.
