Being the top-ranked team, everyone is always trying to knock you off. We have to be ready for that. But at this time, you should be ready for that. There are no easy games. Like I mentioned before, we're going to take one game at a time and see what happens, but we're excited about the opportunity in front of us.

We really thought it would be a battle. I'm really so proud of the girls, the way they came out and played so strong. I just think they did an awesome job.

That was nice that we had a tough game, especially coming from behind the way we did. (Our girls) didn't hang their heads or anything, they really came out and played hard and took care of what we needed to take care of.

We got off to a nice start. I thought we did a much better job on defense against them this time.

I don't know a lot about Southeast Webster, but I know the Jorgensen (Jennifer) girl is a good one. We'll have to find a way to contain her.

She's taken over the point guard spot and has done an excellent job of that. She's been one of our better defenders.

She's worked really hard to achieve what she's accomplished.

On a bigger court like (at Wells Fargo), hopefully we can get up and down the floor like we like to and make it an up-tempo game. That would be to our benefit.

They were a very good ball club, very physical and very aggressive. (Coach Mike Fischer) does a good job with his program and gets his girls to play hard. I know the last few games they've been playing very well, so I figured it would be a battle.

They've worked really hard to get back to here and they want to do well. I think this is a very determined group.

We don't have to talk about last year. The girls have it in the back of their minds what happened. Just as it was then, our goal is to win a state championship, but we're not going to overlook anybody and we're going to take it one game at a time.
