approach bond hit issue miss remains
It would have to be a bond issue and that is not in the foreseeable future. For now, it remains a hit or miss approach as to (maintenance) projects.

We feel we are covered by those elections and so does the Pennsylvania Department of State.

The reason is the costs for big trials went down.

We would have ended up with a dual system - optical scan plus electronic machine in each polling place for handicapped voters - and still had to buy the machines. We decided to replace the entire system.
calls fear few
We're getting a few calls and we know that with any new system, there is some fear about it.

There's a new look to it. We often get the question 'where do our tax dollars go' and this should help answer that question.
area football size
I would say the containment area is about the size of a football field.
change dance hands though
We can live with the governor's (proposed) budget, even though it won't make us jubilant enough to dance in the streets. But, it's now in the hands of the legislators and they could really change it.
