This reminded me of April and a playoff atmosphere. It's early, but we've got Columbus Monday, and you need games like tonight to prepare for your region games.

Both coaches knew coming in that we wouldn't be throwing our best and that it was going to take a few runs to win it. Our hitters did a good job responding and came up with some big hits at the right times.

We've got three good seniors, and those are guys we're counting on to be leaders for us. The younger players have been around the game, and right now they just need some experience at the high school level.
