She has a great way about her that makes everyone feel comfortable. She has gone about things the right way; she hasn't stepped on anybody's toes. She calls Dawn Staley 'Big D' and calls herself 'Little D.' She fits in perfectly.

We don't run many plays for her at all, which is different than we had in the past. But the grand scheme was to make everybody feel important. So her minutes have gone down, her shots have gone down, her productivity per minute has gone up.

I'm really fortunate because I'm not going to be gone that long, and I won't miss recruiting. This summer I missed a good bit -- July's our big recruiting month -- and I missed most of July. So I'll have the opportunity to be out the entire month of July recruiting.
