The good news is we had no network-related outages - and have had none in recent memory,

Even with the outages that we suffered, our availability is still 99.1%, and the call centers were open to take trades during the outages,

Our notions of scale have been tested again and again, ... We must have transaction by transaction redundancy and reliability - and all this must happen automatically. These are big network challenges.
