allow believe bit game gave knowing last match played point
I believe we match (up) very well because they like to play and allow (opponents) to play. That last game we played them gave us a little bit of confidence, knowing we can come with the point from there. But at the same time, we need to win.
came family greatest love soccer
I did it because I love it, I did it because it's part of me and I did it because I had the greatest support. I didn't come (to the U.S.) to play soccer, I came here for a new life. ... Soccer is in my blood. My family is in my heart.
great night playing wrong
It's a great night for Houston. It's a great night for the league. If you don't like playing in this environment, you're in the wrong sport.
nightmare total
It was a total nightmare out there, by everyone. We just didn't perform.
came complain game guys hard harder knew ourselves worked
We knew this game was going to be hard and we made it a little harder on ourselves today. Overall, all the guys came up, worked hard and I can't complain for that.
credit free great injuries played suffered team
The other team played hard; they executed a great free kick. You have to give them credit. We suffered some injuries but you have to give the credit to the team that played well.
pressure stepping
He's amazing. When you see him stepping up the way he did, not only the crosses, but the pressure on the right, was outstanding.
good talented year
Fabrice is a very talented young player. . . . I think you are going to see a lot of good things this year from Fabrice.
afraid became clear closer good half instead needed pressure second step sure
We were very tentative in the first half, instead of being aggressive. We made it clear in the second half it was not good enough. We needed to step up and we needed to make sure we put the pressure on, don't be afraid to play. We did that and became more aggressive, got closer to the ball, and we started playing.
best control games national player prepared pressure seen
We didn't put enough pressure on the crosses. We could never control it. We let them have it too easy. Ching had one of the best games I've ever seen him play. He is an outstanding young player who has been in and out of the national team. We weren't prepared for that kind of speed.
ahead goal jump
Our first goal was to make the playoffs. Now, realistically, we can jump L.A. Our goal right now is just to get ahead of them.
beginning goal great kept playing satisfying turn
Overall, I thought it was a great performance. The most satisfying thing for me was the attitude. They scored a goal and we kept playing hard. I don't know if, at the beginning of the year, we would have been able to turn around those things.
decided
Out of the blue, he decided he wanted to be waived.
beat free good hard kick knew open played took
I think we played hard. We didn't come out with the points. When you play D.C. you know it is going to be hard. It was hard when we played them at home. We beat them. We knew it was going to be hard and took a really good free kick to open up the goals.
