clothes watches used
I love the 80s. I always used to watch that VH1 show, I Love the 80s, nonstop. I love the 80s, everything about it, the clothes, the music. Especially the music. The music is so happy. It's great.
sweet fighting evil
I would say that whatever happens down the line, that Quicksilver vanishes from the movies, I don't know. At this point it is the beginning of him coming into the group and being a force that fights evil. It's pretty sweet.
night hair mustache
I watched It Happened One Night and looked at online pictures and really liked Clark Gable's mustache and hair and the tuxedo. I just really liked that look.
men thinking excited
I was just a minion [in X-Men: Apocalypse]. They just told me what to do so I didn't really have much to do with it but I was curious to see how they were going to top it and if they could and I think they have. I'm very excited to see it myself.
men ideas people
On the X-Men films, people are always throwing out ideas and trying to get the shot to look the best and make the most sense, and to get it done efficiently. Everybody collaborates and everybody is very open to new ideas.
character thinking interesting
It's kind of amazing; I don't know anything. It's an interesting way to work where you're living in the moment and making decisions for your character in the moment. You have to go with your gut on everything - try not to over-think things. That tends to make me doubt what I did, but then that's always the case. I'm a worrier. I have to accept that and just be a worrier.
character play ideas
You can't plan your character arc - you have a vague idea, maybe, but I'm constantly surprised. Sometimes actors in films will play the ending of the movie, or even the middle, and you know where it's going - as an audience member you can read the actor.
fun moving killers
I like to imagine, if I was in the 1930s and was rich and a psychopathic killer, I probably would be moving about very freely and having a lot of fun.
summer nice men
Actors are a really funny bunch of people, especially the X-Men cast. They're super funny and super nice, and they like to go out and get drinks and dinner and hang out. It's an experience. It's a summer. It's like camp. Everybody gets together and hangs out.
years class agency
I grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. I lived in Grand Blanc, Michigan for a year and that's when I got involved in acting and took classes there. A manager who saw me at the agency I was at in Michigan wanted me to come out to L.A.
people way different
You're always learning so much from people and how they work and what their processes are. Some people like to listen to music before they get into it, and some people can talk all the way up to, "Action!" Everybody is different.
moving mean kids
I always at home as a kid tried to move something with your hand and it doesn't move and then you get to do it in a movie. I mean my superpower is quickness but you know what I'm saying. You get a superpower and you're like "Man this is awesome. I get to pretend I have a superpower."
book two acting
I'm not the best actor I can be, so I'm just working on it. I'm not the quickest reader in the world but when I get an acting book I can read it in two days.
summer jobs dad
It all started in Michigan. My dad got a job in Michigan, so we all moved up there from St. Louis. I kind of hung out in the summer and had nothing to do, so I sort of got into acting. And then I was going to Grand Blanc High, doing the acting thing and hoping it would pan out.
