It can't be taken for granted and you can't disrespect the game, you can't disrespect your teammates or the organization.

I think the biggest difference is (Dungy) has had people in key positions that have been there and understand the system. When they have plays they make them. It used to be they did a lot of stunting and got caught up out of position. They're playing straight up with a lot of speed and they rally to the ball.
