Edward Richard DeChellisis an American college basketball coach and current head men's basketball coach at the United States Naval Academy. Previously he was the head coach at Penn State from 2003-2011 and at East Tennessee State from 1996-2003. My big concern now is, we can't let a situation where we had a nice win on the road be the highlight of the season. Beginning today, we need to refocus on what we're all about and that's the last seven games, and trying to get better in practice every day.

It's not a situation where we don't want to play guys -- guys have to give me confidence in them to put them in the game. I'm not a guy that can jump in there, wave a wand and say, 'OK, I give you confidence.' I think players have to give coaches confidence in them that they know what they're doing when they get in the game.
