bench depth shows stepped
It just shows the depth that we have here. Tonight, the bench really stepped up.
effort quarter third
When you lose, it's disappointing. The effort we put out in the third quarter was horrible.
great shoot tonight victory
Tonight we showed that you don't have to shoot great to still get the victory. As long as you do all the other things on the court, you can be OK.
broke guys knew played playoffs skeptical took
Everything is just fine. I'm comfortable. When I first broke it, I told everyone, 'When the playoffs come, I'll be ready.' A lot of guys were skeptical because I haven't played in a while. But I knew what it took to be ready.
fewer half hit money relaxed second struggled
It's money time. There are fewer possessions and I haven't done anything for two weeks. I struggled in the first half because I was a little overaggressive. I relaxed in the second half and was able to hit some shots.
closer games worry
After the first quarter, we didn't have to worry about it. The games are a lot closer this year.
games playing playoffs scoring win
The scoring will come. The most important part of the playoffs is your defense. We are playing well on defense. You win games on defense.
accept guys playing playoffs sacrifices terms
Once the playoffs start, we are going to be a different team. I think guys are going to have to make sacrifices in terms of playing time. If we're able to make sacrifices and accept our roles, we'll be OK.
win
Definitely. It's going to be very important for us (to win the division).
stay whenever
Whenever you lose, you're concerned. But we've got to stay confident.
bad half hard played points win
When you give up 69 points in the first half it's hard to win anything. We played bad basketball.
forward friend good man worry
He's a good friend of mine. I look forward to him being on our team. . . . I can't worry about what another man does off the court.
easier guys overload rest teams tend
When he's out there and he's passive, teams tend to overload on everyone else. When he's aggressive, it makes it a lot easier for the rest of the guys on the team.
air coach coaching force good happened job work
He's done an unbelievable job at Air Force. He was a good coach when we had him. Some unfortunate things happened and it didn't work out. It wasn't because of his coaching ability.
