We're trying to create a dynasty, we're trying to build something. Little by little I think it's happening.
We have been looking forward to this day. The talent in the AFL has improved dramatically from my first years in the league where now teams are deep enough that they can't protect everyone. On top of that, the free-agent market is loaded with players that have solid arena experience. We just held our first open tryout last month and hosted over 200 quality players. This is going to be fun, starting from scratch and building a competitive team.
There are buildings that some of your children are in that are older than Joe White. That's unacceptable, those buildings needs to be renovated.
We have work crews, but we do a lot of organizing. People there want to help and neighbors get together and accomplish a lot. We give them some direction, and try to get them the building supplies and safety equipment they need.

It's a building I would love to go to, but I don't have dementia.
(They're) having a hard time keeping the place secure, and all the attention the building has received may be one of the reasons why they split this thing out from Ashton.
A lot of the location decision related to what I did in the hotel business. Although I didn't have to decide where to build those hotels, I did have to decide who my market was.
This definitely doesn't take us out of it. It just gives us a positive start. We've got to build on it.

A writer is a gunner, sometimes waiting in the blind for something to come in, sometimes roaming the countryside hoping to scare something up.
Shocking writing is like murder: the questions the jury must decide are the questions of motive and intent.
The most puzzling thing about TV is the steady advance of the sponsor across the line that has always separated news from promotion, entertainment from merchandising. The advertiser has assumed the role of originator, and the performer has gradually been eased into the role of peddler.
New York is to the nation what the white church spire is to the village - the visible symbol of aspiration and faith, the white plume saying the way is up!
Salutations; it's just my fancy way of saying hello or good morning
