At the start of the season, our goal was to win a championship. We were expecting to be in the playoffs, so that wasn't even a goal.
Doug has been great to us, ... He'll come up on the sideline, even if we don't ask him a question, and say, 'Did you see what I did? The reason I did that was because I saw this or that, or they were blitzing a linebacker.' He lays it out for you where you wouldn't know otherwise. It's great, because Doug's my kind of player.
