We had three or four kids that have played in two state tournaments now. That should hopefully help us out with the nerves a bit. We've got a little tournament experience so it isn't so new and we should be able to play a little smarter.
conference events people several state time
It will take some time to get people in the right events, but we should be competitive in the conference and region. We should also have several individuals place at the state meet.

We finally got one. Survive and advance, isn't that what they say?

Luke (Enos) was going to get the ball and we were going to flatten out and create. We weren't going to take a shot until six seconds or less. Luke was going to make the play and he found John cutting.

I had it in my pocket the whole game and I was rubbing it the whole game. Maybe that was the deciding factor, the lucky lady bug.

We wanted to get the ball to Luke on the block, because they couldn't defend him there.

We were just caught up in the moment. They come at you so hard. We were just trying to play too fast.

They're so athletic, so quick and physical. They're good.
anybody fifth finished last lose tournament
They've got to be the favorite. They finished fifth in last year's 'A' tournament and didn't lose anybody off of that team.

We've been close. We didn't finish those games.
beat best hard played team
We played as hard as we could. That's all you can ask. We got beat by the best team and they were the best team all year.
