athletic defend defense guard regardless strong
He's so strong and so athletic that he can guard anyone, regardless of how big they are. He can defend inside, and he can defense outside.
momentum plug second spark
He's our spark plug in our defense. That was the difference, having him come in and give us that momentum in the second half.
ability chances disrupt great players quickness recover size
He's really physical, and because of his size he has a great ability to disrupt the dribble. And because of his quickness and ability to recover in a hurry, he can take chances that other players can't take.
game gets goes last lay mason points porter rebounds struggled
That's been the M.O. in this team. They really do lay it out on the line. I know at the end of the day they're going to give me everything they've got. Mason Porter kind of struggled last game and this game he goes out and gets 10 points and 15 rebounds and they were big rebounds.
beginning behind brought chance credit feeling fell gut intensity
Credit Bingham, they brought it out right from the beginning and had a little more intensity while we were a little more passive. But I still had a gut feeling that we were still going to have a chance after we fell behind 17-4.
confidence mess shooting shot

defense games pressure second won year
Defense is how we've won games all year long. We had to tighten the pressure in the second half.
focusing matters next start win
All that matters is that you win that first game, and then start focusing on the next game.
came credit intensity match
You've got to give Bingham credit. They came out with a lot of intensity and we didn't match it in the first part of the game.
both hold needed sit
You can sit back and hold sometimes, and I've been on both ends, but I thought we needed to attack.
