My hat's off to Mercy. They were on fire in the first half. We didn't get tired in the fourth quarter. We made some poor choices that ended up costing us.

We're coming around. They're a fun group to coach, but you never know what is coming next. The good thing is they never get rattled. We lost the lead and then came right back and scored.

Although we're not happy with being the runner-up I'm happy for Mark. They did a good job on Campbell, but she still got 20 rebounds (14 on the defensive board). I'm so proud of this team. Nobody thought we'd be here (in the final).

I basically have a whole new team. I don't think anybody expected us to be here, but these kids never give up.
