You have to really market yourself, it's a very competitive field. There are so many people that want to be illustrators, you really have to create a style that's all your own and be consistent.

We are concerned with bills that have a tendency toward over-regulation and micro-management.

People must ask for it. In condos it is passive because you're stuck with a reserve unless you opt out.
