It's important to focus on the solution, not the problem.
We've raised a lot of money from small people that - people that give small donations, people that wanna be a part of it and they've been very much left behind. We call them the forgotten man and woman. And we've raised millions of - more than any Republican ever thought possible .
I could take the greatest deal-makers of all time and they've always had something that didn't quite work out. You never want to put yourself in the position where something not working out is bigger than what you are and therefore takes you down. It's got to be in smaller chunks. In all cases, I want to learn something from things that didn't quite work out and learn, so that it doesn't happen again or so that in the future, you make great decisions. You don't want to make the same mistake twice and you have to learn that early on in your life.
Sirio Maccioni is the perfect Maestro. He does it all: great food, great entertainment, and always with a room full of the best people. He's the only person I could ever imagine going into the restaurant business with!

When I build something for somebody, I always add $50 million or $60 million onto the price. My guys come in, they say it's going to cost $75 million. I say it's going to cost $125 million, and I build it for $100 million. Basically, I did a lousy job. But they think I did a great job.
I'm beholding to nobody, I've spent you know, tens and tens of millions of dollars on the campaign.
It pays to trust your instinct.
What I admire most are people who put themselves directly on the line.
If you want to buy something; it’s obviously in your best interest to convince the seller that what he’s got isn’t worth very much.
Most people think small because most people are afraid of success, afraid of making decisions, afraid of winning. And that gives people like me a great advantage.
When you talk about the mental health problems, when people come back from war and combat and they see things that maybe a lot of the folks in this room have seen many times over and you're strong and you can handle it. But a lot of people can't handle it. And they see horror stories. They see events that you couldn't see in a movie, nobody would believe it.Now we need a mental health help and medical. And it's one of the things that I think is least addressed.
I don’t believe you can ever get hurt by buying a good location at a low price.
Experience comes in two different flavors: your own and the experience of others. Most people can learn from their own experiences quite well, but many people simply ignore the experiences and lessons of others.
