The team has to get better. I don't know about drastic but certainly we need to play better football than what we're playing.

My first head coaching job was with B.C. in 1983 and we went to the Grey Cup (losing 18-17 to Toronto). At the end of that year, I couldn't believe the things I had been through because there's no way somebody can prepare you for it. Danny, I'll tell you this, it gets easier and you're going to get to a lot more.

We'll look at it on film and make corrections, but he is a back that breaks tackles. When we look at it, it's a missed tackle, when they look at it, they say he made the guy miss. He's a pretty good back.

We're lucky to have Fritz at guard. We don't have Chiu, but we still have a good offensive line.

He had infections in both of his big toes and he told our training staff to do what they had to do to get him fixed up as soon as possible because we were counting on him to make plays. That kind of attitude is infectious. They removed both toe nails ... he healed quicker than we thought he would and he got himself back out there.
