The players have surprised me, too. Defeating Texas was surprising, seeing all their talent, and we played so well. We've hung in there and showed heart. That's made me happy.

If we had gotten her, we would have been good right away. I don't think she could visualize the same dream that I had. I just had nothing to sell. The only thing I had was my idea of success. It's hard to get anybody to buy in when you've got nobody in the stands and your background is that your RPI is 325 out of 330 teams.

She's someone I can count on to help us out when we're in trouble. She's aggressive, and she wants to play. She's been a pleasant surprise. I knew she could be good for us. I just didn't know she could be this good this quickly.
