What's good about Coach is there is a line that breaks you ... he gets really, really close to that line, but he won't break you. He knows how to coach and he knows how to train people so they don't get injured. Each year we've added more events and it's been a blast.

I am excited about the sport. I hope I never peak. I feel myself getting better and I also see I have a lot of room for improvement. Every day it's something new. The more events you do, the better athlete you become. It's great to do one event, but to do so many makes me more versatile.
