Ambrose, a real solid guy, will retire unless someone picks him up. He's a fine guy and he worked his fanny off to make our football team.

He will probably practice on Wednesday, ... There's still a little soreness in the knee. He worked out hard. But we didn't put him in the real competition as far as pass coverage, against man coverage.

You could take every player on our roster and put them through his workouts and they would all play longer. He didn't get older and work less. He got older and worked harder. That's what enabled him to play so long. To me, he's a tremendous example of what you can do if you're totally committed to doing something.
