maybe tony until wait
We'll wait until tomorrow. Maybe he'll end up being just like Tony Richardson.
football tonight
Tonight they were a better football team; hopefully, they won't be by the end of the year.
alone city friday game hard kansas kids last miami nfl night team tonight win won
The big thing, ... is what these kids are all made out of. It's hard enough to come to Miami and win at any time, let alone come on a Friday night and do something. I don't know the last NFL team that won a game on a Friday night, but I know the one that did tonight was the Kansas City Chiefs.
harassed key knocked last less major maximum pass passing protection stuff takes tight time tony week
Last week we did a lot of maximum protection. Tony was in pass protection a lot. Also, tight end stuff takes a little more time downfield. If you get harassed in our play-action passing and that kind of stuff where Tony's a major key in, and the quarterback's getting knocked around, you use less of that.

change pay price small ton
I think that is a small price to pay for the right guy. To me, there have been a ton of first-round flops. . . . You get the right coach, he will change your organization.
ball certainly excuse football history job last league national pace panic record regardless tony year
Regardless of what excuse we want to make, we have to do a better job of getting the ball to Tony Gonzalez 's hands. He set an all-time record in the history of the National Football League with 102 catches last year and I'm certainly not going to panic because he's not at that pace right now.
It was the right thing for us to do. And it made me look smart.
battle field helped injury lowest pick point terrible time watched willing
I've been with him through the lowest time of his career. I've helped him come off the field with a terrible injury and I've watched him battle back to the point where you're willing to give up a first-round pick to watch him play again.
bad continue fly football game home lose talent
Conversely, when you lose a football game and you fly home and look at it, it's not as bad as you thought it was. We know we aren't there yet. But we all feel we have the talent here to continue to get better.
bothering calf develop early second took week
Early in the week (Green) had a numbness develop in his calf that went down into his toe. He could play, but after the second series, because it was bothering him, we just took him out. It comes and goes.
holding overcome personal time
Every time we got something going, we had penalties. You can overcome the five-yard penalties. But personal fouls and holding penalties?
hit throws
We had pass-protection problems, ... He was getting hit a lot, and that throws you off a little.
believe learned lesson situation turn walk
Believe me, if the situation comes up again, the lesson he learned from there will be to turn around and walk away.
