Derek Leonard Royis a Canadian professional ice hockey centre who is currently playing for Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League. Roy has previously played with SC Bern with whom he won the NLA title in 2016. We know we have great goaltending and great defense, so when we get in a shootout like that and we can win a game like that it's huge for our team.

Maxim is such a dangerous player with the puck, he draws players to him, especially after scoring a goal like that. I look for that, you seem to get a little more space when Maxim has the puck, so it's my job to get to an open spot, because he usually finds a way to get the puck to you. He made a great pass and all I had to do was hit the net.

We've got the line combinations down pat. We've got great goaltending and good defensive pairings. Hopefully we can finish off the season strong.

We had a couple of great shifts there. I thought we played extremely well tonight, skating and passing the puck. I thought we could have had a couple of more.

It's tough to replace a guy like Miroslav Satan, but we have a bunch of young guys eager to step up.

It was a bit nerve-racking. I think we're a sound team and we play good defensively, but tonight there were bounces going all over the place. We just found a way to win.

It was a great way to bounce back. Whenever you lose like that, and then play two days later, it stays in your mind. So we wanted to get out there and get a win.

It's nice to help the team now. At the beginning of the year I wasn't scoring much. Hopefully I can keep plugging away and keep trying to score.
