Derek Leonard Royis a Canadian professional ice hockey centre who is currently playing for Avangard Omsk of the Kontinental Hockey League. Roy has previously played with SC Bern with whom he won the NLA title in 2016. There's always emotion when you play the Toronto Maple Leafs. It's a big rivalry and they bring their crowd with them and it's a good game every time. I know they're desperate and trying to fight for a playoff spot so they're going to be hungry and we should be ready.

The ceremony before the game, it seemed like the crowd was ready for the game, electrifying. We were trying to give them as much as we can. I thought we got better as the game went on..killed some big penalties there.

Maxim is such a dangerous player with the puck, he draws players to him, especially after scoring a goal like that. I look for that, you seem to get a little more space when Maxim has the puck, so it's my job to get to an open spot, because he usually finds a way to get the puck to you. He made a great pass and all I had to do was hit the net.
