I think right now he's playing like the best back in the National Football League. I don't think it's just the yardage. He also can catch the ball. He does a decent job of pass protection, and he makes big plays.

I don't think it is anyone's job to tell someone that it is time. Joe Montana used to say it best -- if you still have passion for the game and you think you can play, then play until you can't play anymore.

You go down to Florida State and he is kind of the No. 1 guy on a team with a lot of big-time players. They fashioned him to be on the level of a Derrick Brooks when he came out of there and (he) was a big-time leader and helped them win a lot of games.
