appreciation shows
Oh, he shows you his appreciation after the game.
decision good
I wouldn't say it was my decision. That was coach's decision and that is what I went with. Overall, I feel good and I think it helped.
coach confidence gives glad grown open rookie time until year
Just the time we?ve grown from my rookie year until now, it?s so different. Coach gives us the flexibility to say, ?Hey, if you like this, you like that, do that. As long as you have the confidence to do it.? I?m glad he has the confidence in me that I?m going to get open and make plays, because that?s what I?m going to do for him, and that?s what I?m going to do for my team.
decision game good job loved prepared
I think it helped. I wouldn't say it was my decision. I would have loved to play during the preseason, but my job was to get prepared for the game in practice. That was coach's decision and that is what I went with. Overall, I feel good and I think it helped.
good happens maybe talk week
If that happens that would be a good thing - good for the game, good for our organization - but it's Week 1; maybe when we get down to Week 20 we can talk about that. We've got a long way to go.
catch either hit needed
He was either going to hit me or I was going to catch the ball. I think he thought I already had the ball. We needed something to happen.
defending last main won
His main thing was that we are not defending anything because we don't have a title. We won that last year.
coaches field ready unless work
Around here, our coaches don't let us get back on the field unless we're ready, ... I was ready to go out and play. They let you work your way back in and get on the field at your pace.
best good great hope program turns
I just wanted to see how everything turns out. I hope the best for him. He's a great guy, a great coach. You can pretty much see which way the program is about to go. It's a good thing for him, and also the program.
adjust against figure hard open past
I just need to figure out how to get open against double-teams. That?s part of the game. It?s hard to adjust to. I?m not making excuses. I know sometimes I have to maneuver past the defenders.
guy playing second works year
I look at a guy like Troy who?s been playing 13 years and he still comes out and works like it?s his first or second year in the league,
few hit
I know I had it, ... But when I hit the ground, I blacked out for a few seconds.
good offense playing quickness size smaller wide
If you've got quickness and are smart, play in a good offense and know how to get open, the size thing isn't that much of a factor, ... Big is good, don't get me wrong, but it's not everything. There are a lot of so-called smaller wide receivers who are playing big.
He's that way with most of us. That's just him.
