Our old canteen was a big red school bus. It was kind of limited as far as what they could do in it.

fighting fire great hours left maybe
When you're out fighting a fire for hours and hours with nothing to eat, nothing to drink, maybe before you left you didn't have your breakfast, its a great place for them to be able to get something.
