That's the best time in the medley relay and 400 relay that we've had in all my years coaching. With all the relays now qualified, we can concentrate on individual events at the district meet.

Abe had an outstanding day, his 200 time was the best time for us in the 12 years I've been here. 'Shorty' (Baca) had a tender hamstring but he ran good.
