When you're losing, you get quite down. We're in a bit of a run that we have to try and get out of. We have lost a bit of confidence but I still believe in the players.

We have a great bunch of lads who are hurting at the moment. They work hard together and we are now looking to put it right. We have not reached the standards we think we should do. Early season performances were not too bad but our play of late has not been what we know we can produce.
