(But) I like to hear from the kids, about their life, education, passions, things they like, don't like. It's why I got into education in the first place, to talk to students about those things.

I call the students down the day before to ask if they want to attend. About 99 percent do, if they remember. I get asked all the time, when juniors are called down to my office, 'I hope this is about Breakfast Club'.
