That was important for us to get going, conference-wise. (Burks) did a good job of keeping us off-balance, but we got more intense. Coming into it, we were not really as intense as we should have been.

Trent threw about like he always does. He kept us in the game until our bats were ready. I'm very pleased with his performance.

We felt like back in October and November, that we wanted to go into the last week of the season and it mean something to us. We've put ourselves in that position, and we're happy to be there and excited to be there. We're looking forward to next week. It's a big week for us.
