The kids have done a great job picking up the scheme, ... We had to teach them responsibility on defense. Sometimes you want to play for yourself as opposed to other people. The first thing we did was talk to them about being selfless, as opposed to being selfish. We printed out articles and gave them the definition to put in their lockers.
