I have one question: on the one board meeting I missed, why did I have to go to an attorney to get the minutes? It was because of a conflict of interest with your wife.

We can't ask (our custodian) to come in every Saturday and Sunday to clean up. My thought is if PTO wants to do it, they have to find volunteers to do it.

This is David's opinion anytime we have anything controversial, we need to be very careful to have everything approved first. They are actually not minutes until they are approved. I know it's confusing, but it is 72 hours after they are approved, not after the meeting.
