We need to be better (at the plate), but we we are just trying to figure out what is going on. It's just experience. I think we'll be alright.

The thing we've had trouble with is she turns on the ball too fast. She goes very quickly ? reads the pitch too quickly sometimes.

Everybody contributed. The pitching was solid, the defense made some big plays and the offense really came through when they needed to.

To that point, we were playing focused defense and got much better pitching. The offense just wasn't aggressive.

I think we need to play in more close games like that. We got nervous in seventh inning. We just need to be more confident.

Our hitting is getting better. We had some very good at-bats and made some adjustments.

I think they just looked a whole lot more poised than we did. We need to play until we get our feet underneath us. We weren't as confident or aggressive as they are.

In both games we got some great pitching. We also made some great defensive plays.
