Daniel Carl Wuerffelis a former college and professional American football quarterback who won the 1996 Heisman Trophy and the 1996 national football championship while playing college football for the University of Florida. Wuerffel was a prolific passer in coach Steve Spurrier's offense. He led the nation in touchdown passes in 1995 and 1996 and set numerous school and conference records. It has been the craziest couple of weeks and that has been the driving issue was finding a place for our kids. The longer you wait, the staff starts . . . what are we going to do? What about our families? Should we put out kids in school? It was just starting to slip through.
