beat best couple diving meets programs
(Michigan) has had one of the best programs around. We've had some competitive meets with them. A couple times we swam better, but their diving beat us.
best came good home intense meet none number pleased ready recorded season weekend
I'm very pleased with our effort. We competed hard, recorded a number of season best times - and none of it came easy, which is good for us. It was a really intense weekend for our team, but we still have one more meet left, so we're ready to come home and go back to work.
best bitter gave proud shed sorry team tears
I'm bitter about our finish, but our team responded the best it could and I'm proud of its effort. There were some tears shed at the end of the meet, but I didn't want them to feel sorry because they went out there and gave their all.
best continue goals individual post relay trying
All we're trying to do is keep getting faster. We want to continue to post times that are better than what we had at the Purdue Invitational in the fall. We want to post our best relay times of the season, and have set up individual goals for everyone to reach.

We certainly swam a lot better today than yesterday. I'm excited for our relay. One of our goals was to see everyone score and earn honorable mention All-America status, and it looks like we'll get that accomplished.

We saw the drops in time and we swam well.
It was an outstanding performance, but would like to see him get in done in the morning.

We got beat by the better team. I thought we competed well, but our times weren't that great. However, our divers did an excellent job.
believe concerned maybe race somewhat win won
I was somewhat concerned that we wouldn't race as well as we have been, because it's Michigan. But after we won that first relay, we started to believe that we could maybe win this meet.
confident faster goal top year
We're confident in our training. We started the new year with the goal of duplicating our top times from November, and then get faster as we go along.
behind days few good majority pass teams
I feel good about the way we started. I know we're going to be behind a few teams by the end of today, but I think we can pass a majority of them on days two and three.

We were OK this afternoon. We did everything we were supposed to except get one guy into the top eight of the 200 fly.
