I'm bitter about our finish, but our team responded the best it could and I'm proud of its effort. There were some tears shed at the end of the meet, but I didn't want them to feel sorry because they went out there and gave their all.

All we're trying to do is keep getting faster. We want to continue to post times that are better than what we had at the Purdue Invitational in the fall. We want to post our best relay times of the season, and have set up individual goals for everyone to reach.

The members of the subcommittee and those who work with Ohio High School Bowling did an outstanding job in their presentation and have done a tremendous job the last several years promoting the sport statewide. In voting unanimously to adopt bowling, the Board of Control has shown it strongly believes this will be a tremendous opportunity for many students across the state to participate in a school-sponsored activity for the first time.
