beat biggest class good great
I can't say that. There's been a lot of great ones here. I know we beat a real class program, a real good program, but I don't know if it's the biggest win.
believe continue good harder jason lots mistakes time
I believe there still is lots of good to Jason Berryman, and that's what makes it even harder to say good-bye and part ways. If you continue to make mistakes and make us look bad, you are going to do it on your time and not mine.
best coaches good
We'd better be good and be at our best as coaches and players.
assure coming goals good help improve iowa overall state trying
The administration at Iowa State has been very good overall about trying to help me, but I can assure you one of my first goals with the new administration coming in here is to try to improve everything for my staff.
care college football good taking telling
We're still doing some good things. But the stat that's more telling than any of them in college football is taking care of the ball or getting takeaways on defense.
best football good job man pride role takes team
He is as good as there is in the Big 12 and one of the best long snappers in the country. I don't know if I've been around a young man who takes more pride in his job and his role on the football team than Landon Schrage.
bringing good impact positive program regret
I don't regret bringing him back. This program had an impact on him in a lot of positive ways. He did some good things for us, but he also did some things to really tarnish our program.
cut five four game hits people per saturday sooner
We have to cut down on some of the hits on the quarterback. We know when people keep blitzing, they're going to get to you sometimes, but we can't go four and five sacks per game every Saturday because sooner or later, somebody's going to hit Bret from the blindside.
defensive desert ended last starter time whether worked
Dobbins can be much better than last year. At this time last year, we didn't know where Dobbins would play - whether it would be as a starter or a backup. We didn't desert him; we worked with him, and he ended up being defensive newcomer of year.
earned question top
There's no question he's one of the top recruiters on my staff. He's earned this.
beginning defense exact helps mindset tempo
There's nothing magical. They're just things we do, variances of drills we do. It's not always the exact same thing, but it's always a tempo setter at the beginning of practice. It helps our defense get in the mindset of being aggressive.
ask filming recording
We just ask that you are not recording and filming practices.
man speed top
I don't know that, man for man and top to bottom, we have the speed that TCU has. But we do see speed in the Big 12.
starting
I don't know who the starting kicker's going to be.
