There are some similarities. In '02, their players were not as strong as they are now. With New England coming as favorite, I don't think you can compare it to then.

That was a big loss for a lot of people here personally and professionally. For us as a team, it's very difficult to replace someone who saw where the sport could go and where it needed to go.

It (the final result) can be attributed to fatigue. We're only two weeks into preseason. It's necessary for us to have matches like this to see where we are. We know what we have to work on these last two weeks before we get to the matches that really count.
