We finished about where I thought we would. We had a lot of personal records and ran faster than we did last week.

They all have numbers and a range where we'd like to see them finish. We have runners picked out with certain times for them to go after.

We didn't know what Moose Jaw had or where they'd run, but we weren't too concerned with them. We were watching the Class A schools and were happy to finish in front of Minot.
fifth fourth learn run satisfied seen team
Bismarck was really tough, it's the first we've seen of them this season. We showed our inexperience, especially in the fourth and fifth runners. Overall, I was satisfied with how the team performed, but when we learn to do what we can do, we'll run faster.

Bismarck looked really tough. But, we had two goals, to get ahead of New Town and stay close to Jamestown and we did that. They did just what I asked of them.

Dickinson ran a little better (than they had been), and we had two of our top five run where they were supposed to. The good thing is we didn't peak today, and hopefully we still will.

We had excellent efforts and we ran a smart race for the mid-80 temperatures.

We didn't even realize New Town was ahead of us until after the race. We were too busy watching Minot.

I can't see them falling apart that much that they could lose. They would have to have six or seven guys run bad out of eight.

I expect Joe to run right in there with the top guys.
guys hard ready school shortened tried voluntary workouts
We had some voluntary workouts because of the shortened school day and some guys went out too hard and tried to do too much to get ready for the meet.
good hard improved pack race ran three
It's hard to say who improved the most, all of them improved their times. We ran a real good pack race three through six.

Tanner ran a best time and Anderson keeps cutting time to be our fourth runner. Justin Stewart did a good job coming off an illness to be our fifth man. We had good efforts all the way down today and number of guys ran personal records.
