We're just trying to be consistent with the little things that we do and continue to try and do them well. Last week I was happy with the fact that we didn't jump offsides and make stupid mistakes.

Whoa, man. You're talking about a barn burner. We didn't come out with the most enthusiasm and we had three questionable fumbles, and it ended up that we were down 21-0 at the half, before we even knew what had happened.

More than anything, it was all team, ... But I can tell you we were all playing bad. There wasn't any kind of winning attitude, we weren't doing anything on offense or defense. And they just all woke up and when they came together they started acting more as a group.

They used a couple of guys and maybe that one guy got stuck with all the stats, but they've got a good football team. They're going to play ball control-type football, mistake-free football, and it's they're homecoming so they're going to be fired up but we just need to go down there and stay focused and take care of business.

I think the biggest thing with Sunni is her desire to win. She's always doing what she needs to do to win, she'll work her hind end off each and every minute she's out there. She's got a determination that not too many kids have.

It is harder now than ever to find good people who want to work in the construction industry, ... Construction is a hard way to make a living and if you don't enjoy it, you just aren't going to do it. And more people have decided they are not.

I cannot tell you that, ... I kind of questioned their effort. I asked them why they wanted to play football, and the guys really responded good, so I'm proud of them.
